Osvaldo Goytia is a senior intelligence research professional and threat analyst with over two decades of experience in leading multi-national intelligence research teams and developing innovative interdiction modalities for use by U.S. and foreign intelligence bureaus and law enforcement agencies.
Mr. Goytia has 23 years of broad-ranging experience in the operational intelligence disciplines and the leadership of complex strategic, tactical, and operational intelligence undertakings. His extensive experience in the management of complex projects and programs, foreign and domestic intelligence initiatives, and sensitive diplomatic interactions make Ozzy a uniquely qualified intelligence professional.

Douglas Wine has over 28 years of professional law enforcement experience and is highly accomplished in the areas of threat assessments, criminal intelligence, and crime data analysis. He has worked for the last 16 years as a Detective in the National Capital Region in a prestigious Criminal Intelligence section and is a respected expert in the field. Additionally, he has worked the streets of Baltimore as a law enforcement officer and is knowledgeable about crime and practical crime reduction strategies
Antonio Hubbard

Tony established a distinguished career with the US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). As Deputy Special Agent in Charge of the Houston Division and member of the Senior Executive Service (SES), he leads enforcement, diversion, intelligence, and investigative programs across 118,000 square miles in Texas, including 645 miles of the US-Mexico border. His teams work tirelessly to take down transnational organizations involved in drug trafficking, violent crime, money laundering, and corruption.


Lawrence R. Hensley

In 1991 Larry attend the Foreign Service Institute (FSI) of the US State Department for Spanish language training. Subsequently, he was assigned to the Monterrey Resident Office of DEA in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, where he worked for six years. His principle investigative responsibility was to identify the members of the management structure of the Gulf Cartel.
